Safety Notice
All 3D printed products are unsuitable for young children as the articulated pieces may break off and become a potential choking hazard. Mattison Central holds no responsibility for any negative impact caused as a result of improper use / handling of any 3D printed items. While our products are durable, due to the possibility of breakage and small pieces, this product is not recommended for unsupervised play by younger children.
Unless otherwise stated, our items are printed in PLA. If you would like your products printed in a different material please contact us before making your purchase to discuss options. PLA is a non-toxic, environmentally friendly plastic that is renewable, beautiful, strong, and will last indefinitely if stored in typical room environments such as homes, office spaces, etc. PLA plastic is sensitive to extreme temperatures (above 111°F). To keep PLA products looking beautiful, avoid storing PLA products in direct sunlight or extreme temperature environments such as a locked, hot car in the summer.
Printed to Order
Our 3d printed products are printed in-house with high quality PLA filament. PLA is a nature-friendly bioplastic made from biodegradable renewable resources.
Photos represent an example of the finished product. All products are produced on a made-to-order basis and may have very slight cosmetic imperfections due to the manufacturing process. We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure that all products meet our high quality standards!
These items can take a few days to ship as they are normally printed to order. 3D printing is not a quick process and we would rather start again than ship a substandard product.
Quality Assurance
All 3D prints are unique and no two come out exactly the same. Due to this, there will likely be variations and may slightly differ from our product photos. While we cannot guarantee that your order will match exactly to the colors shown in our product photos, we will do our best to match it as closely as possible. If you have ANY questions, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US so we can ensure you get a color or design that brings you joy!
Upon completion, each print is processed, inspected, and in the case of certain products, hand painted prior to shipping to ensure it is of highest quality.
In 3D printing, the higher the quality settings, the longer the print will take. We do NOT compromise our settings to save time ensuring we will create the best quality product!
We do everything we can to minimize layer lines, seams, and printing artifacts refusing to send out a product that we would not love to receive ourselves.
